　　機組長期存放時一定要放盡機體及冷卻系統其它附件中的冷卻液。冷卻液排放前，確保機組關閉及機體完全冷卻。一般要求放盡水箱、機體、水泵（如有放水口）、機油冷卻器（如有放水口）、水加熱器（如有放水口）、濾清器中的水。更換冷卻液時，冷卻系統應先用清水沖洗,清洗時一定要等沖出的水很干凈時才行。 確保合金尾氣停機和完全冷卻后，才能加入冷卻液。當發動機溫度依然很高時，不要打開加水口蓋。否則蒸氣或高溫冷卻液可能會噴出。

　　2、 向系統加入冷卻液時不要太快，以避免系統內形成氣泡斷層

　　3、 空氣須通過通風口或通過填孔排出。如冷卻系統連接有加熱器，加熱器控制閥須打開，注入時應保持單元內通風

　　4、注入冷卻液時，液面應達到位于填口塞焊接面下5厘米處
